Preventive Maintenance Budgeting: Where Sensors and Multimeters Actually Pay Off
If you're managing a maintenance budget, you've probably felt the tension. One side says spend thousands on smart sensors to monitor every asset. The other side says, "Let's just buy a solid multimeter and fix things when they break."

Let's talk about multimeters. The phrase "you get what you pay for" has never been truer. I wish I had tracked how much time our electricians lost on false readings with our old budget meters. What I can say anecdotally is that the switch to a True RMS meter eliminated a ton of confusion.
